Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough analysis of the B2B travel sector, identifying key players, market trends, and potential opportunities.

Regularly communicate with clients B2B partners/clients by understanding to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Negotiate agreements and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

Lead and motivate the sales team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing training, and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.

Provide guidance and support to overcome challenges and ensure the team's success.
