Junior Digital Transformation Specialist

Job Summary: 

  • As a Junior Specialist within the Digital transformation team, you will be part of a team that is responsible for Digital and technology-led transformation projects in the Company.

  • The Junior Specialist will work closely with team members and the Head of Digital Transformation (including Business Seniors) to support the delivery of the Digital Transformation Program. She\he will be reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and understanding the business processes and customer experiences

  • Produce and maintain detailed technical and user documentation, roadmap, relevant documentation as needed

  • Create reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Assist the execution of Process Automation projects and enhancements, including planning, execution, testing and deployment.

  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.

  • The delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project

  • Assist in the implementation of technologies that improve customer service, communication, and satisfaction.

  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.

  • Ensure effective communication between project teams and partner organizations acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from end users.

  • Collect and analyze data related to customer behavior, bookings, and other key performance indicators. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision- making for process improvements.

  • Perform any other relevant responsibilities as needed by the supervisor.

Skills & Qualifications Requirements:

  • Understanding of Business and Market: Knowledge of market trends, customer needs

  • Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities.

  • Strong data skills. Ability to utilize data to identify areas of improvement and implement data- driven changes.

  • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.

  • Fluent in Aze, Russian and with a good working knowledge of English / Verbal and written communications skills

  • Experience in business process optimization, digital transformation, or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with digital technologies, process automation tools, ERP/CRM systems and willingness to learn new technologies and evolving industry standards.

  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
